Returns and Exchanges

A Return-Authorization may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise through our return portal for domestic orders. We are unable to initiate a return for international orders. 

A prepaid USPS shipping label will be available for download once your return is approved. Print and adhere it to the original packaging and drop at any USPS location. 

A Return-Authorization may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise. All returns must be received to Everyday & Co. within 28 days of original receipt.

Returns received back to Everyday & Co. within 10 days are FREE. Those received after 10 days will incur a $7 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund total at time of return.

The fastest and most accurate method of swapping a size or color will be to place a second order and return the first. We will be happy to waive the $7 shipping return fee for exchange orders when the replacement order number is noted in the returns portal. 

Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for your return to process. You will receive emails updating the steps of the process, including once the refund/store credit has been issued. 

Shipping policy

You can expect your shipment to be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm Friday, will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or over U.S. Holidays. 

Estimated shipping times should display during checkout depending on delivery option, but our standard Priority Shipping should arrived in 2-5 business days. 

Currently we only ship thorugh North America, to the US, Mexico and Canada. Mexican and Candian orders can expect a 7-15 day shipping window via UPS or United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any additional tariff or duties upon delivery. 

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping, but do offer $7 Priority Shipping (2-5 days).

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. You may also track your order via the status page in your original email. Signing up for an account allows you to always track your orders and buying history.

Once items leave our shipping fulfillment center, we are not responsible for items lost or missing in transit. Missing packages will require a claim filed with the carrier (USPS or UPS), but we will try our best to help. 

Sale Information

A price adjustment will gladly be offered for full-priced items permanently marked down within 7 days of initial purchase. Promotional sales or timed discounts will not necessitate an adjustment.

Items not purchased at full price will not be eligible for price adjustments. 

Promotional Sales or codes will be listed at the top of the site. Please note that returning qualifying items may forfeit promotional pricing on entire transaction. 

All items not marked FINAL SALE will be eligible for return within the designated return window.
