NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
A Return-Authorization may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise through our return portal. Approved items must then be received back to us within 7 days for refund eligibility. Items returned outside this 21-day window will only be eligible for store credit. A $5 shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund total at time of return.
Returns received outside of 30-day window will not be accepted and refused.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?
The fastest and most accurate method of swapping a size or color will be to simply place a second order and returning the first. This will ensure the most up-to-date availability of inventory and not delay processing times. We are happy to waive the $5 shipping return fee for exchange orders when the replacement order number is noted in the returns portal.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for your return to process. You will receive emails updating the steps of the process, including once the refund/store credit has been issued.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
Items received within the 21-day window are eligible for a refund. After processing, refunds should post to your account within 5-7 business days. A $5 shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund total at time of return.
Items returned outside of the 21-day window will only be eligible for store credit and will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card. We will waive the $5 shipping return fee when Store Credit is selected in the returns portal.
Items purchased with a promo code will be subject to all promotional terms at time of purchase. Returning qualifying items will forfeit promotional pricing on entire transaction.
