NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
A Return-Authorization may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise through our return portal for store credit only.
A prepaid shipping label will be available for download once your return is approved. Returns received outside of 14-day window will not be accepted and refused.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest and most accurate method of swapping a size or color will be to simply place a second order and returning the first. This will ensure the most up-to-date availability of inventory and not delay processing times.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for your return to process. You will receive emails updating the steps of the process, including once the refund/store credit has been issued.
STORE CREDIT AND REFUNDS
Items received within the 14-day window are eligible for Store Credit. After processing, store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
At this time, returns are only processed as Store Credit. Refunds will not be issued for returned items.
Items purchased with a promo code will be subject to all promotional terms at time of purchase. Returning qualifying items may forfeit promotional pricing on entire transaction.
A price adjustment will gladly be offered for full-priced items permanently marked down within 7 days of initial purchase. Promotional sales or timed discounts will not necessitate an adjustment.
Items not purchased at full price will not be eligible for price adjustments.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange and may not be returned.
