  • When will my order ship?
    • Currently, we are experiencing high volume orders, so you can expect your shipment to be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm Friday, will ship on the following Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or over U.S. Holidays. 
    • If you need expedited shipping, contact us before you order and let us know! We will try our best to get you what you need as quickly as possible. (Email us at contact@shopeverydayco.com with the subject line: Expedite and your order number) 

  • What service do you use to ship?
    • We ship via USPS and UPS. You can expect most shipments to reach you within 3-5 days, but keep in mind there are always unforeseen delays that we can not control once your package leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped, but if for any reason you can not track your package or you've not received it within 7 business days, let us know. We are not responsible for lost or stole packages, but you can place a claim with the shipping service. Please let us know and we can do our best to help you out.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We only ship to the United States and Canada. Candian orders can expect a 7-15 day shipping window. We ship via United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for additional tariff or duties. We do not ship internationally at this time. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • We are so happy to offer free shipping on every order over $75! No code is ever needed, we will do the subtraction for you! If your order does not meet the minimum $75 purchase then your shipping will be calculated for you at checkout. 

  • How can I track my package? 
    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to begin. You may also track your order via the status page in your original email. Signing up for an account allows you to always track your orders and buying history.

  • What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
    • In order to avoid this issue, we suggest that you provide us with a safe and secure address for us to send your shipment. If the tracking number of your package confirms that it was delivered to the provided address, there is not much that we can do. We are not responsible for lost packages via USPS or UPS. You will have to file a claim with the shipping service, but please let us know and we will try our best to help you out!
